Head of Development at KR Squared
Katy Rhamey is the Head of Development and one half of KR Squared. She wrote and produced the branded digital short, Fuzzy Spark, created for Lionsgate to promote the film Wonder, which won a Digiday Award. In addition, her KR Squared team won an AAF National Gold for Motherhood Maternity’s You Do You Mama campaign and the AAF Mosaic Award for promoting inclusion and diversity through their creative work. She has written and produced concepts, commercials, and branded shorts for companies such as Johnson & Johnson, Disney, Procter & Gamble, and MillerCoors. Currently, she is in development on a biopic limited series.
Vice President of Marketing at Reno Tahoe
A native northern Nevadan, Christina Erny serves as the Vice President of Marketing for Reno Tahoe (Reno-Sparks Convention and Visitors Authority) with 11 years of experience marketing the destination both domestically and internationally. She is responsible for the development and implementation of strategic marketing and communications initiatives to help achieve the goals of Reno Tahoe through leadership, collaboration, change management, innovative partnerships, sophisticated brand development/management and capitalization on technological resources. Erny also oversees programs related to integrated marketing, research, advertising, media buying and negotiating, official publications and collateral, web strategy, social media and event marketing, and leads the day-to-day operations of the marketing and communications teams. She has attained the Certified Destination Marketing Executive (CDME) credential, the tourism industry’s highest educational achievement.
Advanced Advertising Sales Manager
JP Glenn is simultaneously the Client’s MVP and the agency’s. He is equal parts strategy and heart, and it’s what has brought him to his current role as Advanced Digital Sales Manager for the Big West Pacific Division at Spectrum Reach. Ever-evolving, JP is a strategist who’s never ending quest for ROAS (return on ad spend) and KPIs (key performance indicators) culminates in IRHRFE (incredible, repeatable, honest, results for everyone). Prior to his digital days, he served as Executive Vice President for Wide Awake Marketing & The Glenn Group- both full-service agencies, making JP fluent in both traditional and newfangled marketing. JP is a leader, a listener, a seeker and as of 1-year ago, a DAD to a hilarious, vivacious, beautiful little girl named Sullivan.
